🌕 The Moon Has Always Been My Teacher

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep, intuitive pull toward the moon. Her cycles, her softness, her shadows, her glow — she has always felt like a guide, a companion, and a mirror reflecting my inner world.

Working with the moon isn’t just a spiritual practice for me. It’s a way of living. A way of listening. A way of honouring the emotional, intuitive, and energetic rhythms that shape our lives.

The moon reminds us that we are cyclical beings — constantly shifting, evolving, releasing, and beginning again. She teaches us that rest is sacred, clarity comes in waves, and intuition grows when we slow down enough to hear it.

This is why I work with the moon. Because she brings us home to ourselves.

🌑 The Moon Helps Us Honour Our Emotional Cycles

We live in a world that celebrates productivity, speed, and constant doing. But our bodies, hearts, and spirits were never designed to operate in a straight line.

The moon teaches us the beauty of ebb and flow.

The Full Moon

A time of illumination, release, and emotional truth. She shows us what we’re ready to let go of — the heaviness, the old stories, the patterns that no longer fit who we’re becoming.

The New Moon

A time of stillness, dreaming, and intention. She invites us to plant seeds, call in desires, and begin again with clarity and purpose.

Working with these cycles allows us to honour our emotions instead of suppressing them. To feel deeply, release gently, and move forward intentionally.

🌙 The Moon Awakens Intuition

The moon is deeply connected to intuition, dreams, and the subconscious. When we work with her energy, we naturally become more attuned to our inner voice.

Every two weeks, we are invited to pause: • Once to release • Once to begin again

This structure keeps us grounded, connected, and intentional. It becomes a ritual, a ceremony, a monthly anchor that supports emotional wellbeing and spiritual growth.

For many women, this rhythm becomes a lifeline — a gentle reminder to check in, breathe, reflect, and realign.
